We couldn't let today go by without mentioning Safer Internet Day when so many of our customers are schools and trusts.  Educators, social workers and other professionals working with children and young people play a key role in supporting children to learn about how to stay safe online.
From an educator's perspective the UK Safer Internet Centre provides:

• Teaching resources
• Curriculum planning
• Online safety training sessions
• Advice about protecting your reputatio using social media
• Online safety policy
• Appropriate filtering and monitoring

This isn't just a day to highlight about using the internet safely given the Keeping Children Safe in Education and DfE Cyber Security Standards for Schools and Colleges covers a lot of these topics, it should be part of daily life in school.
