We've been wanting to update the e-learning for a while, but wanted to see what changes we going to be coming in any new data protection law - however, that proposed new law, despite being only three parliamentary processes away from Royal Ascent didn't make it through before the election. So it's very much as you were. We will be publishing a new updated module every summer.
However, we've updated the training to reflect not only the knowledge required around some legal aspects of data protection, but also to focus on some of the practical aspects of data protection too - including introducing a new character - Harry the Hacker.

The GDPR Refresh Course and the Introduction to Data Protection Module are both still available, though marked as Archived. These can still be accessed and certificates will remain available , however within the next twelve months we will not allow any further enrollments.
