Where we store your personal data

However, the data that we collect from you may be transferred to and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA") under specific circumstances. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of technical support and development services. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be processed offline, or when online encrypted (using SSL technology). Where we process credit card payments, this will be done by a third-party gateway and we do not process your payment details. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password that enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers managed by Learn to Enterprises Ltd and located in UK datacentres operated by OVH Ltd. 

In certain circumstances, our development team in India will be required to access our data in our production environment. Any local data will be deleted once it is no longer required.

How long we keep your data

Once your subscription expires, we will keep your data no longer than one year, at which point it will be deleted.

Unsuccessful job applicants' data will be kept a maximum of 6 months from the fulfilment of the job posting.

We will inform you (before collecting your data or upon our first communication with you) why we are collecting it or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes.
